It's work/play weekend time! We're headed to Spirithaven to help prep the land for our burn and spend time with community. You should come too!Here's a map for getting in and around the land: https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit...
Bring work gloves and any tools you think might be good, but here's a list from the land owners:
*Work gloves
*Shovels
*Screw guns and bits
*Pitchforks (for mulch)
*Rakes (for mulch)
*Wheel barrows
*Chain saws
Potential projects we'll work on:
*Spreading mulch on the trails
*Cutting up wood for burn pile
*Clearing space for camps if needed
*Adding to the fence
*Cleaning up sticks/tree debris in camping areas
*Repairing fences
*Anything else the landowners need
You can camp on the land, stay in a local hotel, or drive up for Saturday, up to you! If camping you can come in as early as Friday afternoon. We'll work and play on Saturday and then head home Sunday.
