TCCS Chamber Singers present Rutter's Mass of the Children - Saturday

The Treasure Coast Community Singers' Chamber Singers present Rutter's Mass of the Children. Soloists and Chamber orchestra are from our community. The Treasure Coast Community Singers' Middle School Chorus will join in portions of the performance as well. Mr. Rutter is a master at exploring voices and sounds to give the listener a variety of experiences in hearing the music. In the Mass of the Children Rutter utilizes children’s voices in contrast to adult voices in presenting what is normally a standard Mass. The lightness of the children’s voices produces a “sweetness” that most masses don’t feel. With a chamber orchestra and all of the added instrumental colors Rutter has created a most delightful expression of the Mass. Tell your friends about this special concert!
