About this Event

Attention all multi-tasking, hard-working women in Nashville! Need a breather and break during the work day? Want to learn more about practical, sustainable wellness practices to help increase your energy, focus, and overall health?

Come refill your cup (and get work done) during Work In Your Wellness -- a day of wellness education and experiences in our beautiful, light-filled co-working space in L&L Market.

Wellness professionals from our membership will give you tools, techniques, and practices you can take with you and work in ... even on your busiest days.

Your $25 ticket ($15 C615 members) includes wellness sessions from 9am-4pm, as well as co-working on both floors (we have desks, tables, couches, phone booths for you to get work done, jump on a call, or just take a break to process what you're learning. Enjoy free WiFi, kitchen access (fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, filtered still/sparkling water), and free parking.

Work in Your Wellness YOUR Way! Come solo, invite a colleague or client, or bring your team. Enjoy all the sessions or dip in and out of wellness sessions/work.

Psssstttt ... Be sure to bring your journal, laptop or iPad, a water bottle, and your lunch and/or snacks for the day.

Self-Care + Soul Care Made Simple
Alli Malafronte of

Certifed holistic health and wellness coach Alli Malafronte (and C615's Community Manager) kicks off Work In Your Wellness with an intro talk about how setting up simple, consistent habits for self-care and soul-care can help keep stress, anxiety, and health issues at bay. You'll leave with plenty of ideas you can start implementing today!

Mindset Reset: A 20-Minute Pause for Clarity and Focus

Marie Smith -- certified health and life coach, personal trainer, and CIJ Clarity Catalyst Trainer -- guides this 20-minute Mindset Reset that you can use to start your work day ... or throughout the day whenver you need a pause. We’ll begin with a one-minute “brain dump” to capture lingering ideas and unfinished thoughts. Next, you’ll be guided through a grounding body scan meditation to release tension and regulate your nervous system, followed by brief journaling prompts and open reflection time. You'll start your day (or return to work) feeling calm, clear, and aligned.

Feeling more regulated during your workday begins with small signals your body recognizes as safe. In this interactive session with Dr. Candice Baker, you’ll be introduced to simple safety signals and micro-resets that help your nervous system settle, so you can feel more present, focused, and less depleted by the end of the day.

In this hands-on creative wellness session with Dr. Taylor M. Harris, participants will design a mini affirmation collage as a simple, powerful self-care ritual they can return to daily. Through guided reflection and intentional creation, guests will explore how small mindful practices can restore balance, reduce stress, and support well-being, even on the busiest days.

Tea, Stress & Sustainable Energy: Building Daily Rituals for Entrepreneurial Women

In this interactive mini-workshop, Mia of Monet Infusion will show you how herbal tea can support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and sustained energy/mental clarity before, during, and after the workday. Designed for entrepreneurial women balancing multiple roles, the session introduces practical herbs for focus and calm along with simple ways to build a realistic daily tea ritual. The experience includes a guided tea tasting to help attendees connect the concepts to lived sensory experience.

Marielle and Megan are the co-founders Verdant Center, a new retreat space just outside Nashville. In their "Self-Love in Seconds" they will lead you through a variety of self-care strategies that can easily be done during breaks during the work day. Think meditation, a mindful walk, breathwork, journaling, and more. You'll also learn about DIY and scheduled retreats at their space and receive 25% off an upcoming retreat of your choice in April or May to help you continue your practicing of taking time for self-care!

Breathwork & Chair Yoga for Focus + Energy

Wind down the Work in Your Wellness day with this guided 30-minute experience combining intentional breathwork and simple chair-based movement to help you reset both physically and mentally. Use this as a midday or end-of-day reset. You willl learn practical techniques you can use to regulate stress, sharpen focus, boost energy, and feel more centered. This session is designed to be accessible, grounding, and immediately applicable!
