Not career coaching, not a motivational seminar, and definitely not another space where someone sells you the easy way out.

Work by Design is a gathering for people who do their job well and something still doesn't fit. That work friction and Sunday night feeling when another work week approaches, that ugh dragging you from Sunday into Monday, it's not your failure. It's a signal that you're trying to work against your energetic design.

We meet in an intentional, intimate space of maximum 5 people: we explore Human Design (an energetic system that gives you your map of how you're cosmically wired), we look honestly at where the friction is in your current work situation, what's not working, and what changes when you work with who you are instead of against it.
