GENTLE FLOW YOGA CLASSES on the studio blaumeer yoga!
About this Event

Come take a gentle flow yoga class at our outdoor studio in the heart of Barcelona!

The class will be held on our private rooftop (as long as the temperature is above 15°C, otherwise we'll hold the class in our indoor shala at Blaumeer Yoga).

I offer a gentle flow practice based on Hatha Yoga - combined with Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Release Technique.

The class is in English and/or Spanish depending on the audience.
