The Klamath Tribes' TERO and TANF Departments are excited to offer World of Work (WOW) 2026, a FREE 3-day workforce development training designed to help tribal members gain confidence, develop professional skills, and connect with employment and educational opportunities.
📅 September 15–17, 2026
During this interactive training, participants will learn:
✅ Personal branding and professional success strategies
✅ Interview skills and job search techniques
✅ Workplace wellness and conflict resolution
✅ Financial budgeting and saving
✅ Employment, education, and community resources
✅ Networking opportunities with local employers, colleges, and tribal programs
🍽️ Lunch, refreshments, and snacks provided each day.
💵 Completion stipend available for participants who attend all three days.
Eligibility:
• Age 18 or older
• Enrolled in a federally recognized tribe
• Living in Klamath County, Oregon
• Complete a TERO application and provide tribal verification
