Deep Relaxation: Reiki & Sound Bath in the Ancient Woods
Escape the noise and be embraced by nature. Join us for an immersive restorative experience held within a glorious, private Ancient Woodland at Bank Woods, set within the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Bank Woods is a dedicated rewilding and biodiversity project by Make it Wild. If the weather is kind, we will gather in a magical woodland clearing to connect directly with the Earth. Should we need shelter, we will retreat to the beautiful upstairs studio in the barn.
The Experience
Your journey begins with a gentle Reiki-infused guided meditation to settle the mind. You will then be bathed in the immersive frequencies of:
- Earth & Wind Gongs
- Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls
- Hand Pan & Native Flutes
- Therapeutic Percussion from around the world
The resonance creates a "sonic massage," lulling you into deep relaxation, restoring balance to your mind, body, and spirit, and leaving you feeling vibrantly energized.

Your Invitation
All are welcome to this informal and light-hearted session. No experience is necessary—just an open heart and a desire to relax.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat, warm blankets, a pillow, and an eye mask for maximum comfort.
- A bottle of water.
- (We have a few spare mats available if needed).
Important Details:
- Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
- Start Time: We begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
- Late Arrivals: To preserve the sacred space for the group, late arrivals cannot be admitted once the session has begun.
