Jaime and I will be holding another woodland cacao ceremony in this beautiful location! Bacton woods NR289UE , head to the main car park far left and follow the signs ! 🌳It will be a very heart warming, and relaxing cacao ceremony connecting deeply to the earth energies of the woods, the universal energies and visualisation and observation with the beautiful energy of cacao plant medicine! We will open the ceremony with
🧘blessings, light language meditation, breathing exercises
🪘drumming/vibration clearing and connecting to the energy of nature !
🤎We will connect to the cacao and our heart space with a heart chakra meditation, hold gratitude and relax to the sounds of nature !
💃Some light slow movement, qigong and dancing to release and flow then closing with a beautiful sound meditation !
