🦋 Woodland Butterfly Walk & Talk – Haugh Wood 🦋

Join us on Saturday 8th August for a guided Woodland Butterfly Walk & Talk at the beautiful Haugh Wood, led by Toby Fountain from Herefordshire Wildlife Trust — an expert in butterfly conservation and identification.

During the session, Toby will cover:

• General butterfly identification techniques
• Common butterfly species found within the landscape
• Flowers and plants that help attract butterflies
• The main threats facing butterflies
• Habitat management and habitat preferences of woodland butterflies

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the fascinating butterflies of the Wye Valley and how we can help support them through habitat management and conservation. Attendees will also receive a free butterfly ID guide to take away and continue their learning after the session.
