We put the “phun” in physics! The Wonders of Physics traveling
show is a fast-paced, engaging, and educational presentation of the basic principles of physics that comes to you! Our show brings equipment and demonstrations from the Department of Physics at UW–Madison to help students better understand the physics in the world around them, while having fun at the same time! Our goal is to share our love of physics with all children and inspire the next generation of scientists.
ABOUT HADDIE: Haddie is a UW–Madison alum with a B.S. in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences. She joined the department in August 2021 after a 20+ year career as a meteorologist at WISC-TV in Madison. She lives in Madison with her husband, kids, and their very spoiled four-legged fur baby. If you have awesome science experiment ideas or just want to talk about the weather, she’s all ears.
