Time for The Hobbit Commander Pre-release

What does $100.00 get and do for me?
Well, $100.00 will get you not only a The Hobbit Pre-release Kit but 4 The Hobbit Play Boosters. With you Kit and extra boosters you are to build a 60 card Commander Deck to play in pods of 3-4 players in a Commander Pre-release Tournament. Every player will receive an additional Play Booster and promos just for playing in the tournament with top finishers receiving extra boosters.
That's a minimum of 11 Play boosters for $100.00!

Tournament and deck building rules are as follows:
- 50 minutes for deck building.
- Exactly 59 card deck plus 1 Legendary Creature as you Commander. All extra cards opened are a sideboard that can be changed in and out between games.
- Deck must be built within the colour identiy of your chosen commander plus 1 extra colour. A land matching the chosen extra colour identity must be in your command zone to represent the colour.
- Can have multiple copies of a card in your deck from what you open
- Pods of 3-4 players with a 50 min timer
- Each Player has 30 life, Lethal Commander Damage is 16!
- What you finish determines your points to victory: Winner = 3pts, 2nd = 2pts, 3rd and/or 4th = 1pt
- Tournament is played until there is an uncontested champion above 7pts.
- The below time and tie-breaker rules apply:
After 50 mins each player in the game will complete 1 turn starting with the next players turn, after which the game will end. At the end of the 50 mins plus extra turns, if a winner has not been determined, placement will be determined by the following order to all still currently playing at the end of the game:
a. Least amount of Commander Damage
b. Most life remaining
c. Most Mana that can be generated in the end board state
d. Most Cards in hand at the end of the game
e. Most cards remaining in deck
