When: Every Sunday
Time: 6:00am (same time, every week)

Park at IGA Monterey Keys
Meeting point is just behind there on the Coomera Connector path.
The Run:
• 15 minutes out, 15 minutes back
• Run as hard or as easy as you want
• Turnaround at 15 mins means everyone finishes together
• All paces welcome
The Rules:
• No egos
• Be kind, be welcoming
Just a good crew getting a run in and starting the day right.
