Wonder Walks Quiet Reflection Sunset (Wednesday)

Join a small group for a quiet walk together. I will help guide you to be present in our natural surroundings and be intentional in observing them. We will take pauses where you can share things you have noticed. And then we will return to long periods of quiet as we wander amongst trees and past hedgerows and streams. We will gradually relax into the quiet together.

The walk is about 50 minutes and is slow with lots of stops. 

Requests:

1. Phones away and on silent
2. No photos of other people in the group
3. No dogs or dependents. You will be switching off from all that depends on you to be fully present.
4. Please try to arrive on time, I will be there 5 minutes before start time wearing red hat
5. If you want to leave early just sign a thumbs up to me and head off, no problem
