A practical 1-day workshop for horse owners who would like to build a stronger bond with their horse and learn simple, natural energy-based techniques to support relaxation and wellbeing.
No previous experience is needed.
The day includes guided meditation, theory, and hands-on learning.
You’ll explore how animals respond to energy, with a strong focus on safety, consent and appropriate boundaries.
Alongside working with horses, there will also be an opportunity to practice with dogs and learn how these techniques can be adapted for small pets.
This is a calm, supportive and down-to-earth day focused on understanding, connection and practical skills you can use at home.
