✨I had such an amazing morning Hosting my first wellness morning I have decided to host a monthly Wellness morning along side some amazing Ladies 🧜‍♀️🌊
✨ It was such a wonderful way to connect, relax, and prioritize self-care.
✨It's a great opportunity to create a supportive and uplifting community and an amazing way to start the day.
✨This is something we are passionate about and want to do more off and would love for you to be apart of this too!
Itinerary -
•6am - dip of the Yacht club Jetty with the Rockingham Penguins
•7am - Yoga / Meditation 🧘‍♀️ / Sound Healing
•8am - Oils Club - Creating Healthy Hormones Naturally (Women)
🧘‍♂️$20 per Person
