This session includes Strength Training for Women, Stretching, Relaxation and Mindfulness. A perfect focus to start 2026 at St John’s Church Hall, Great Sutton! Suitable for 18 years+This session is suitable for all levels of fitness. No Pilates experience necessary. All equipment is provided.
1000 – Welcome drink
1015 - Women’s Strength Session
1045 – Coffee break
1100 – Strength session with bands
1145 – Mobility class
1215 – Lunch
1300 – Stretching, Mindfulness, relaxation
1330 – Finish
If you’d like to really benefit from the mindfulness session please bring an eye mask/blanket/pillow.
There will be soft drinks and coffee/tea available all morning, so you don’t just have to wait for the breaks to have them.
Lunch will include a selection of pastries, salads, wraps and cakes!
