Standing Rock Cultural Arts and The Peaceful Warriors' Way have teamed up to offer a donation based women's self-defense workshop
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn essential self-defense skills that are practical, adaptable, and rooted in real world solutions.
Whether you are dealing with a playful grab, an uncomfortable encounter or a full on assault, you'll gain the tools to respond with clarity and control.
For ages 12 & up! Class will start at 3:30pm and at 4:30 we will take a 15 minute break for food. (Pizza will be provided!) Then continue practice class and we will practice techniques for the last 15 minutes of class!
