About this Event

Join us on June 27th from 10-11:45am for a women’s only outdoor sculpt class at the beautiful Jack Darling Memorial Park (Area B). We will start with a 1 hour workout followed by healthy refreshments & snacks + a chance to connect with other women in the Mississauga/Oakville fitness community.

Bring running shoes, a yoga mat, water and your good energy 🌞

Please arrive no later than 9:50am!
