Women’s History Month Class

March marks woman's month, and what a great way to celebrate it then working out with a whole bunch of wonderful babes. We will be using barbells, weights, bands, and your own body weight in this hour class.

With one class ticket you'll receive access to all women's month history classes, and one free mat Pilates class.
All levels are welcomed. Class is programmed for beginners to advance.

Parking: street parking is available, theres a parking lot on 5th street

****If driving please give yourself time for parking so you can get to class ON TIME
