Together, we'll reflect on the beliefs you're ready to expand beyond, the adventures your soul is craving, and the vision you're ready to set into motion through journalling, sharing, gentle ritual, meditation, and a soothing sound bath.

Arrival between 19:15-19:30. Upon arrival, please wait downstairs in the downstairs Nom Cafe until we come to collect you.
To Bring
- Journal + pen
- Cosy clothing (pjs always welcome!!)
- Blanket / comforter + eye mask (if desired)
- Water
- Your favourite mug
- Offering for the altar if desired
- Your lovely self, just as you are ❤️
