WOMEN’S CIRCLE / Menstrual Cycle Workshop

Join me for an intimate and nurturing gathering dedicated to understanding and embracing the power of the menstrual cycle.

Have you ever noticed different levels of energy, your mood shifting, and your needs changing throughout the month, and wondered why?

The answer is simple: we are cyclical beings. Almost like four women in one.

In this workshop, you’ll learn about the menstrual cycle as your innate inner rhythm.
You’ll explore how to reconnect with your cyclical nature, understand the different phases and their qualities, and discover how to work with your cycle rather than against it.

When we honour our cycle, we often experience more sustainable energy, fewer emotional ups and downs, deeper self-understanding, increased productivity and creativity.

This women’s circle is a space to slow down, connect, share, learn, and feel supported - just as you are.

ABOUT ME:

My name is Nikola Michlova. I'm a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, Hormone Yoga Therapy Teacher, and Menstrual Cycle Coach.

My mission is to help women reconnect with their innate rhythm through Menstrual Cycle Awareness, and to support them in learning how to flow with their unique cycle and get it to work for them, not against them.

This workshop is designed to foster a supportive, empowering environment where women can connect, share experiences, and deepen their relationship with their cycle.
