• Dress Code: Wear something black to align with shadow work and the season’s energy
• Shared Altar: Bring a meaningful item to contribute, symbolizing your intention for this new season

Please bring a journal, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (blanket, yoga mat, or cushion).
