Women’s Circle: A Space for Self-Love, Peace & Connection

Who's it for?

Are you exhausted? Come refill your cup - for any woman who is seeking connection and community. Our lives are so busy, we are surrounded by humans all day every day (in real life and online), yet true, genuine connection is rare.

What to expect:

We will start by gathering, holding space and connecting with one another.

The theme for today will be presence - to allow and awknowledge love and gratitude for ourselves and life!

There will be a guided meditation, facilitated by Crystal.

And we will end in sacred space, feeling loved, supported, and cherished.

*Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. Feel free to bring a journal, as you may want to record your experience
