Women's Yoga Flow | Chakra Alignment | Wellness

This is a 7-week women’s-only yoga series designed to support deep connection, healing, and empowerment, both within yourself and in community. With the purchase of your ticket, you’ll receive a complimentary ceremonial herbal elixir, offered after class during our meet & greet.

Each week, we’ll gather for a chakra-focused vinyasa flow, moving intentionally through the energy centers of the body, beginning with the Root Chakra and gradually rising all the way to the Crown Chakra. Every class is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the physical, emotional, and energetic themes of that chakra through movement, breath, intention, and mindful awareness.

Participants are encouraged (but never required) to wear the color associated with that week’s chakra as a way to embody the energy and intention of the practice.

This series is about more than yoga poses. It’s an invitation to:

reconnect with your body

explore your inner world

feel supported, seen, and grounded

and remember the power of moving and healing together as women

We are creating a sacred, welcoming space where women of all levels can come as they are to heal.

After each class, we’ll have space for a casual meet & greet, giving you time to relax, connect, and build genuine community with the women around you.

Whether you attend the full series or drop into individual classes, this experience is meant to feel nourishing, intentional, and empowering.
