About this Event
Join us this February for a transformative daylong retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself, celebrate your inner goddess, and nurture your soul. This intimate gathering invites women of all backgrounds to come together in a supportive space to embrace the power of self-love and community. Through a blend of sacred rituals, mindful practices, and creative expression, you'll leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and deeply connected.
Event Highlights:
✨ Community Circle: Set the tone for the day by sharing your intentions and connecting with like-minded women. This circle offers a space to listen, be heard, and open your heart to new possibilities.
🧘 Meditation: Ground yourself with calming meditation sessions designed to quiet the mind, deepen your connection with self, and invite peace and tranquility into your being.
💃 DANCEmandala with Flower Essences: Move your body to the rhythm of your soul in this unique dance practice, guided by the healing power of flower essences. As you flow through each dance journey, the essences will support and align your emotional and spiritual energy, helping you release blockages, connect with your intuition, and embrace self-love and empowerment. Come prepared to experience freedom, release, and self-expression through intuitive movement.
🍵 Tea Ritual: Discover the art of tea-making with a variety of loose tea leaves as we come together to honor ourselves, the earth and one another. Through this mindful ritual, we'll create space for inner reflection, rejuvenation, and connection and you will take home your own tea creation!
☕ Coffee Cup + Goddess Cards: Explore the wisdom of your inner goddess through a personal coffee cup reading and divine goddess card guidance. Tap into your intuition and gain insights that will inspire and empower you.
This retreat is more than just a gathering—it's an invitation to deeply nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Step into a space of love, empowerment, and community. Let’s celebrate ourselves and each other in this sacred time of self-discovery and growth.

She holds a degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, and a Masters in Middle East and Islamic Studies from the American University of Paris. Dema is trained in trauma informed facilitation and a lifelong learner of somatic healing practices. She loves a good 80’s dance party, long dinner parties, and going to concerts.
Shaden Dowiatt (she/her): Shaden is a DC- based facilitator, circle keeper, youth development practicioner and community organizer. She holds a M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University. She loves dancing and the joy that comes from the practice and is grateful for any opportunity to share it with others. During the day she weaves community, facilitates a lot of community circles and works to build social trust around the country. In her free time, Shaden loves to be in community, travel and learn about other cultures, listen to live music, practice yoga, and adventure through Rock Creek park.
Madison McCoy (she/her) is a circle keeper, flower whisperer, and student of the messy & miraculous. She is the founder of Earth and Sea, a llc with the mission to build a more liberated world by equipping individuals with generative conflict transformation tools, authentic self expression practices, and earth based healing.
