Off the back of a sold out women's health session in November, The Waterfront Shell Cove is proud to be partnering with Pause Nutrition to host a series of in person sessions in Shell Cove dedicated to women's health for 2025!This first workshop will be run by specialist women's health dietitian Kara Roberts (founder of Pause Nutrition) and is titled 'A weighting game: break free of the dieting and weight regain cycle'. Kara will be exploring the science of weight gain, why restrictive dieting in response to weight gain is likely to do more harm than good, and evidence-backed ways she works with clients to make lasting, meaningful change.
