Hi Folks!!!To celebrate the New Year and the New Shala, we're having a little social get-together. No Yoga, but a chance to meet and get to know the people you share mat space with during class.
We'll finish the evening with an ecstatic dance session, with the setlist curated by my good friend and highly-regarded Melbourne DJ Mickey Space. This is a chance to let go and immerse yourself in music and movement, free of social and other pressures- it'll be so much fun!
Feel free to bring a couple of drinks if you'd like (plus your own cup as required; and remember we don't have a fridge), and other than that just bring yourself! It's going to be so much fun!!
