Juneau women — we created this series with you in mind!We’re hosting a free Women’s Wellness Class Series focused on the real-life health topics so many women deal with but rarely get space to talk about openly.
Come learn about your body, ask the questions you’ve been wondering about, and walk away with practical tools you can actually use in daily life.

These are supportive, judgment-free classes for women in all stages of life — postpartum, perimenopause, navigating intimacy changes, or simply wanting to better understand their bodies.
