Hey!Can you believe it's the end of July already?! Hope you're settling in to the summer vibes...
Just wanted to let you know about a Retreat day I am holding at the beautiful Whitmore Hall - a chance to take some time to reconnect after the summer holidays, tune in and get set for the meander through Autumn....
We'll gather for breakfast before opening our circle with a gentle somatic yoga flow and mindful meditation. Then head to Lily Pad lake for a swim and sauna before settling down to lunch. There will be time for rest and a chance to potter, before a glorious sound bath in the afternoon, followed by a closing circle of oracle cards and tea & cake.
