Come and celebrate Mabon, the Autumn Equinox.
If you know how good your regular class makes you feel, then come and join us for a relaxing morning, learning all about the ancient traditions and myth of the Autumn Equinox.
Enjoy slow flowing movements, through this Autumn yoga practice. We'll be using mudras and mantras to help us connect with the energy of Autumn.
We will end with a beautifully relaxing yoga nidra (yoga sleep).
Workshops are suitable for anyone, from absolute beginners to experts.
Lovely coffee and cake are available afterwards.
