Women's Night at Tality Secret Spa

Join me for an evening of relaxation and connection to self and with other women at Tality Secret Spa! A perfect opportunity to unwind, bond with old/new friends, and indulge in some much-needed self-care through breathwork and contrast therapy.

The Evening

We'll start off the evening by connecting via sharing circle prompts.

Once we are acquainted, you'll be guided through a meditation and a breathwork geared to the groups needs that evening so that you may begin to sink into the space and into the eperiance that your heart, body, mind, and soul needs.

Our cold plunges will all be done as a group exercise so we can all feel the powerful support that comes from such an incredible group of women, and once we have all had the opportunity to do a cold plunge, we'll free flow through the sauna, resting by the fire, and perhap going for another cold plunge before we reconvene as a group for a final share before heading home.

The Why

Breathwork, Cold exposure, and Sauna practice are modalities that have known positive effects on both our mental and physical wellbeing. By partaking in these modalities, which can often feel "hard" or "uncomfortable" amongst a supportive community of women - we create an opportunity for a safe "re-wiring" of our nervous systems. A rewiring that teaches our nervous systems that when we encounter stress in our everyday life - that we can make it through. In addition to the mental health benefits and nervous system regulation, these modalities have a wealth of positive effects on our physical well being; fights Inflammation, supports and speeds up recovery, improves sleep quality, strengthens the immune system, aids fat burning, etc.
