About this Event

Women’s Healing Circle: Writing Edition

A guided women’s healing circle centered on writing, reflection, and creative expression. This space is designed to support emotional release, self-awareness, and connection through the power of words.

Facilitated by Aleesha in partnership with Write 2 Thrive, this gathering invites women into a grounded, supportive environment to slow down, reflect, and write what’s present.

This is not about perfection. This is not about having the right words. This is space.

Space to:
• Reflect on what you’re carrying
• Explore emotions through guided writing prompts
• Connect with yourself through journaling
• Be in community with other women on their healing journeys

🎨 WHAT TO EXPECT
• Grounding opening reflection
• Guided writing prompts and journaling exercises
• Creative expression through writing
• Optional sharing circle
• A supportive, judgment-free environment

Please bring a journal if you have one.
