This is a supportive space to share what is most alive for you, mentally, emotionally, physically. This is not group therapy, but it is a therapuetic time for you to choose what type of support you want to receive, witnessing, reflection, inquiry, suggestions or direction. Trained Facilitators Ashley Betz & Jenn Crawford are present to hold space.
Small group size. Practices may include self-inquiry, breathwork, gentle movement and/or stretching or other somatic practices that are easy on the mind, body and nervous system.
This group is open, so there is no commitment, you can choose to drop in or come to all.
