‘Building Connection to Nature'- Ladies Sunset Beach session 🏖 🌊
These sessions are to look at what is awe inspiring within nature and this one is to build appreciation for our sunsets.
Feel free to bring a flask or alcoholic beverage 😆 and a blanket. It’s a chance to connect to other women and give ourselves some much needed self care.
This shorter session is just £14 and lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and will include 3 short mindfulness practices to increase our appreciation of a beautiful sunset including something creative
Session will be held opposite Uncle Toms car park.
