A kick start your health journey by spending seven days with us (ten day option also available on these dates). The Seven Day Renewal is for people who can’t get enough time to attend, but want all the benefits of our Ten Day Intensive program. Education is intensified during this retreat to ensure you leave with the knowledge you need to make positive lifestyle changes at home. Leave feeling pampered, refreshed, and fabulous. This retreat will immerse you fully into a healthy lifestyle and highlight the differences between your lifestyle choices at home and those of a healthy lifestyle through educational workshops.
