Please join Becky and I for our Mid-Winter Yin Yoga Mini-Retreat on Sunday 7th July 3pm-5pm. Bookings are essential.
This beautiful Mini-Retreat allows you to deeply relax the mind, body and soul. No yoga experience is needed as it is suitable for beginners and beyond.
The practise of Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice consisting of simple, long-held, supported postures, focusing on the deeper areas of our body - encouraging more flexibility and freedom of movement while releasing deep tension and calmly relaxing the nervous system, reducing stress. The Mini-Retreat concludes with a beautiful fully guided relaxation.
