The self defense techniques in this class will be from a blend of different martial arts practices. You will learn basic strikes, kicks, and escapes from common attacks and situational awareness to hopefully avoid being in a dangerous situation in the first place! This is a hands-on class, come prepared to move around and have a TON of fun with new trail friends. There is a $5 suggested donation that will go directly to Jeffco open space to fund more special and important programs like this one.
