Limitless Body Sculpting is excited to host another Women's Self-Defense Class, and we're bringing in an incredible instructor to help you feel more confident and prepared in today's world.
Joining us for this session is Shane Burgwald from Submission Squad Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
Shane brings an impressive background to the mat:
🇺🇸 United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran
👮♂️ 22-Year Law Enforcement Veteran
🥋 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt
Shane is ready to teach you practical self-defense techniques that can help you protect yourself, build confidence, and gain a little more peace of mind in this crazy world!
✨ This class is OPEN TO ALL WOMEN!
You do NOT have to be an LBS member to attend.
