About this Event

The West Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a 3 hour women’s self defense course.

This 3 hour class will provide instruction on preparedness, awareness, safety considerations, response to an attack, etc..

There will be hands on training following the instruction for striking and escape techniques.
Those attending should wear comfortable exercise clothing, socks, and sneakers. Attendees should refrain from wearing jewelry. Water will be available on site.
This course is restricted to ladies, ages 16 and up. Persons not attending the training may not sit and observe.

Doors open at 5:30 for seating.
