Hi ladies the third Self Care 360 event is on the horizon. Empower yourself through self-care! As we move into the slower months this event will have the same vibes slow pace and chill.

This event will feature:

Field experts to share self-care practices, and tips on enjoying the holidays with your family. Learn effective communication strategies to build each other up and not tear each other down.

You will also get tips on how to stay active during the holidays. There may even be a pumpkin spice latte on the horizon. The event is free to attend however if we do it at a venue you can order your own food. Sponsorship and Speaker opportunities are available.
