A 75min group sweat and cold plunge experience led by your facilitator Kirsten Millard.It's your space to talk, hear others, to share honestly and authentically about what's going on in your life, health, relationships, identity, sex, money, purpose, passion or any thing else that's alive for you.
As a team, we support and challenge each other to build confidence, self love and embrace all the beautiful nuances of the wild feminine nature.
This is an opportunity to connect, reflect, share, find your tribe of sisters, and grow together in a safe and welcoming environment.
These gatherings will have a focus around:

- Self Love and Confidence

Each session includes, three rounds of sauna and cold therapy, both silent and guided, thought provoking fire side conversations. Includes complimentary tea and a good laugh, a cry, a dance, whatever comes up.
