I’d love to invite you to our April Women’s Renewal Circle, a space to slow down, connect, and tap into the energy of fresh starts. Whether you’re feeling ready to plant new seeds or simply need a moment to breathe and be, this gathering is here to hold you.

Together, we’ll move through practices that bring us back to ourselves:

🤍 Gentle movement to awaken our bodies and reconnect with our fire.
🤍 Soulful sharing & conversation in a space of deep support and sisterhood.
🤍 A ritual for renewal, releasing what’s no longer aligned and stepping into what’s next.

What to bring: A journal, a pen, and anything that makes you feel cozy (a cushion, blanket, or water bottle).
