Monthly Full-Body Workout & Bagels Hang w/Good Active & Forever Young Fit

Forever Young Fit & Good Active invite you to your monthly movement & post-workout class nourishment hang. Join us for a 1 hour, beginner-friendly, full-body workout led by fitness trainer, Hallie Young, followed by bagels & shmear, and community time! A portion of proceeds always go to The Downtown Women’s Center.

THE ITINERARY

• 11:15am - 11:35am: Arrivals & mingling
• 11:35am - 11:40am: Alex & Hallie welcome speech
• 11:40am - 12:40pm: Full-body workout led by Hallie
• 12:40pm - 1:15pm: Bagels & shmear (gluten-free & vegan available) from Pops Bagels & community time

THE LOCATION

West Hollywood – exact location to be shared out to guests prior to event. We will be in an indoor gym studio space.

The Downtown Women’s Center: The Downtown Women’s Center (DWC) is a non-profit organization in Los Angeles focused exclusively on serving women and gender diverse individuals experiencing homelessness.

Forever Young Fit is a wellness movement where community is empowered to be their best selves through fitness, movement, and holistic health. Founder Hallie Young is a certified fitness trainer and public health professional with a passion for helping others live happier, healthier lives.

Good Active is an LA-based health & wellness organization hosting events and activations for a cause. A percentage of all proceeds go to charity.

Our mission is to inspire others to move their bodies and nurture their mind. We partner with local health and wellness vendors and fitness instructors to create events, both big and small, centered around bettering your mind, body, and spirit.

Our purpose is to give back to underserved communities across the greater Los Angeles area. We partner with local charities that provide, educate and serve those in need to do our part in contributing towards the greater good and creating a better world.
