What would it be like to release what you've been carrying, feel lighter, and be more connected?

As women, we go through many changes in our life. We move through fluctuating hormones, wanting to expand in our career, and potential digestive or inflammatory issues.

All the while, we may be raising children, contemplating motherhood, craving to connect more deeply with our partner, wanting to call in a partner, or feeling a disconnect with our womb space or intuition.

Enter: Mallory's healing space. In an intimate group setting, participants will lie down on mats with blankets and eye masks set out for you. We will take time to ground into the space with a short talk from Mallory. We will then have both a group and individualized energy healing experience.

Mallory will use her gifts with her hands and her unique, flowing process of working with energy to help participants release areas that may be stuck, inflamed, or tense. Our process can help health issues, digestion, hormones, stress, emotions, and anxiety.

It can also facilitate an intuitive or spiritual experience bringing clarity, transcendence, connection with our souls, and a Portal to return to our essence.

We will then close with some sharing and guidance on how to integrate these shifts in your life to make visible changes, including with relationships, body, and bringing more flow in your day-to-day.

About Your Facilitator:

Mallory is a Somatic Therapist, Energy Healer, Reiki Practitioner, Ahai 7D Energy Healing Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Naturopath. She provides 1:1 therapy, coaching, energy healing, and Naturopathic Medicine services to her clients. Mallory has been guiding healing for 10 years and has served hundreds of clients as a Practitioner. She initially got on this path navigating health issues and anxiety that doctors weren't able to address, as well as craving deeper meaning and expansion. She was able to heal herself through the practices she now guides and releasing what the body had been storing. She is passionate about helping other women awaken to heal their bodies, let go in their minds, and access greater connection in their relationships, work, and purpose.
