Women's Plant Identification and Connection to the Land Walk

Join me for a transformative journey into nature, designed exclusively for women, where we explore the healing power of plants and deepen our connection to the land. This immersive experience will guide you through the identification of medicinal plants and teach you how they can be utilised to support the female body. Our walk will be a blend of education, connection, and mindfulness, fostering a space for women to reconnect with themselves and the natural world.

What to Expect:

1. Welcome and Grounding Circle: We will begin with a grounding circle to introduce ourselves and set the intention for the walk. This is a time for sharing our connection to nature and our individual journeys with wellness and healing.
2. Guided Plant Walk: l will then lead us through a scenic path rich with native flora. Where we will stop at various plants to learn about their identifying features, habitats, and traditional uses.
3. Medicinal Plants for Women’s Health: Along the way, we will focus on plants particularly beneficial for women's health. You will learn to identify herbs that support menstrual health, hormonal balance, emotional well-being, and more.
4. Reflection and Sharing: The walk will conclude with a circle of reflection, allowing participants to share their experiences, insights, and newfound knowledge. This is a space for communal support and the strengthening of our connection to both the land and each other.
