Ladies come along (with or without children) and meet the team of physios & Fitness & Health professionals for advice and a chat and find out how you can regain your strength and fitness and be the best version of yourself. Maybe just pop along for a free bounce and grab some leaflets and info on what is available to you.
Sher and the team will be on hand, including pelvic health physiotherapist specialist Jen Bowden from beachside clinic. We will have a separate private area for anyone wanting a private chat or assessment. We will be offering the following all for FREE :

- Diastasis Recti (DR) Check (to check you tummy muscle separation)

- SPD & PGP advice and help
- Fitness & Health advice from Personal Trainers
- Signposting and advice for Mental Health & Specialist treatments
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to feel EMPOWERED and get back to feeling like themselves again! Particularly:
Postnatal Women, Pregnant women, Women who have older children (ITS NEVER TOO LATE), Active women needed training advice, Runners, Any ladies who are suffering with any of the following: SPD/PGP, Diastasis recti separation, Prolapse, Urinary incontinence, Birth Trauma, Postnatal related health issues (mental & Physical).
This event is sponsored by West Financial Management Company. Director and manager - Helen West will be running in London Marathon on 27 April & fundraising for Empower. She will be coming along and holding a raffle to help fundraise as well as being available for any financial advice too!!!!
Booking not required but advisable to secure your space.

Anyone arriving after 10am or if you wish to ,stay on and do jumping with your families, then normal Supertramp charges apply.
