BECOMING A WOMAN OF INFLUENCE

What does it truly mean to become a woman of influence? In this dynamic and interactive session, leadership coach and speaker Bency Beals will challenge attendees to examine the influence they already carry — and how they're using it. Through engaging discussion, self-reflection, and practical strategies, participants will explore the 4 Levels of Influence, 10 key strategies to expand their impact, and 7 core methods that shape how we connect and lead others. Whether you lead a team, a family, or a community, you will walk away equipped, empowered, and ready to lead with greater intention, integrity, and purpose.

PRESENTER:

Bency Beals,Founder & Lead Facilitator, Ignite Leadership Solutions, is a transformational coach, speaker, and leadership strategist who helps individuals and organizations break barriers, cultivate strong leadership, and unlock their full potential. As the Founder of Ignite Leadership Solutions and an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Leadership Team, she delivers impactful workshops, executive coaching, and keynote speeches that inspire lasting change.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, including a successful career at Verizon as a Sales Executive, Leadership Coach, and Trainer, Bency understands what it takes to develop thriving teams, drive business success, and create purpose-driven leadership cultures. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, equipping her with deep insights into human behavior, leadership dynamics, and personal growth.
