About this Event
Start Your Summer Developing What Matters at the 2nd Annual Banner Leadership Conference!
A transformative half-day experience designed to equip high school junior and senior student athletes, coaches, athletic directors, and principals from across South Carolina with the leadership tools needed to thrive in sport and in life.
This isn’t just another event; it is continuing to build upon a yearly leadership tradition held each summer to prepare student athletes for the season ahead.
Through dynamic keynote sessions, an elite leadership panel, interactive breakout discussions, and hands-on table conversations with former college and professional athletes, attendees will learn strategies that promote how to:
- Develop a better understanding of servant leadership practices that elevate team and school culture
- Build resilience to manage adversity in athletics and life
- Strengthen intrinsic motivation and self-discipline
- Create habits that impact long-term success
- Turn leadership principles into practical daily action
Between sessions, attendees will engage in meaningful conversation during our “Halftime Lunch Experience,” sponsored by Firehouse Subs, where former collegiate and professional athletes will serve as table leaders to help make leadership lessons practical and actionable.
