Krav Maga is a simple intuitive self-defense system that is easy to learn. Our training will be hands on and active so participants should plan to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes plus plan to get a little sweaty. Stay Away is a program developed by the International Krav Maga Federation () specifically for women. The purpose of our training is “So that one may walk in peace”.
