About this Event
This October, join The Kota Alliance and Future Wellness Foundation for Women’s Holistic Wellness Day at The Kota Nest—a special day to unwind and care for yourself during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
In a time when life can feel overwhelming and uncertain, we invite women to step into a welcoming space for rest, grounding, healing, and connection.
Enjoy a selection of wellness experiences, including reiki healing, massage, reflexology, and acupuncture. Refreshments and community connection are included throughout the day.
Take a pause. Nourish your spirit. Give yourself the care you deserve — together.
